Ecological Group of Companies "Complect Ecology" / Plans for oil-contaminated storm wastewater

Plans for oil-contaminated storm wastewater

The basic users:

  • parking lots;
  • petrol stations;
  • storehouses of oil products;
  • stations of technical;
  • garages

Plants for oil-contaminated storm wastewater can be used as system of turnaround water supply for motor transport wash:

  • high treatment efficiency;
  • reduction of construction costs;
  • simplicity and reliability in operation;
  • possibility for expansion;
  • compactness;
  • no need for continuous servicing.

The plant is a monoblock consisted of tanks with heated lids. Laminar separation allows to part effectively oil products and suspended solids. Oil products from water surface are sorbed by special booms. Deep treatment occurs on the two-level filter with a special sorbent.

Plants can be produced both in overground, and in submerged type. The foundation plate and anchoring, as well as connection of inlet and outlet pipelines are necessary for installation.

Servicing:

  1. Sediment utilization.
    Composition of accumulated sediment corresponds to sediment from primary sedimentation tanks of municipal wastewater treatment plants. Periodically, the deposit is transported for treatment;
  2. Replacement of filter media.
    Replacement and utilization of filter media is executed 2 times per year by «Complect Ecology» according to separate contract;
  3. Replacement of sorbent.
    Replacement and utilization of a sorbent is executed by «Complect Ecology» according to separate contract. Replacement of a sorbent for 1 stage filters is approximately one time per year, for 2 stage filters – one time per two years;
  4. Utilization of oil products.
    Oil products floating on water surface are sorbed by special booms. The booms are replaced approximately one time per year. Used booms are transported to boiler-houses to burn.
